2. The Infusion: Fill the bottle again with approximately 70% Dark Rum, 25% Red Wine, and 5% (or to taste) honey.

3. Aging: Let it macerate in a dark place for at least 7 days. The longer it sits, the smoother and more flavorful it becomes!
